A.J. is the founder, gunsmith, and lead instructor for Practical Performance. After serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq, A.J. worked as an executive protection specialist and PSD instructor. He holds a Master classification in USPSA Single Stack and multiple IDPA divisions, bringing vast knowledge of firearms mechanics, instruction, combat experience, and competitive concepts.
